To Our Clients:
In my previous letter to you outlining our plans to close the CPA practice, I committed to providing information about our successor and the process for transitioning. I am very pleased to announce that Sanders, Walsh & Eaton LLC (SWE) will be assuming responsibility for our client services.
Joe McGee, a long-time CPA with SWE, became the sole owner last year upon the retirement of Michael Walsh. I have known Joe for years and worked with him in his roles as tax consultant and auditor. You will find Joe and the other CPAs, enrolled agents, and staff at SWE to be true professionals.
To assist with making this transition an easy one, SWE will be opening an office in Sandwich, adding to their existing offices in Osterville and Chatham. We have a number of clients who will find one of their current locations more convenient and these clients will be welcomed to conduct business at those offices.
Now for my ask. Simply relax and enjoy the holidays. There is no need for you to take any action. We will ensure that your information is accurately and securely transferred to SWE and you should expect to receive your tax organizer in mid-January as usual. Both firms use the same software, allowing us to preserve all of the underlying data, spreadsheets, basis calculations, etc., that we have created to prepare your tax returns.

Continuity of staff. Ms. Carolyn Polidor will continue to provide bookkeeping and administrative services in the Sandwich office.
